Go-to-market leaders should not ignore Generative AI. And we aren’t either.
That’s why, today, we’re announcing the biggest shift in our company’s history—a new product that builds on everything we’ve learned since our inception and leverages this new wave in technology to best serve our customers and future customers.
The Cornerstones of Copilot for Prospecting
Here are the four cornerstones of our new product direction:
1. Intelligence → Consumer apps like YouTube, Amazon, Netlix, Spotify, and TikTok get better the more you use them—they know what you want even better than you know what you want. We’re bringing this level of intelligence to B2B go-to-market teams, starting with prospecting.
2. ChatUX → In the future, reps and ops people will not control a computer by pointing and clicking or tapping on menus and dialogue boxes. Instead, they’ll be able to write a request in plain English and get back the outcome they want.
3. Automation → Replacing reps with AI? Nope. Giving them superpowers and automating away the nonsense? Hell yes. Welcome to the era of the 10x seller (just watch).
4. Invisibility → We announced going invisible in December, and we’re doubling down here. Copilot for Prospecting is built right into the workflows reps are already using, so you don’t need to worry about whether or not they’ll adopt this new tool/workflow.
Let’s take a quick step back.
Today, SDRs and AEs have to sort through (a growing amount of) data to try and figure out what accounts, contacts (or leads!) they should go after next.
This data sits in different tools, including (but not limited to) your CRM, sales engagement tool, B2B database, LinkedIn, BI tool, spreadsheets, intent data tool, and more!
This workflow is painful, time-consuming, not scientific, and not scalable.
